• Each customer is allowed to purchase up to $400 in total orders per day from our website.
• Orders are manually reviewed during the festival.
• Please be mindful of your selections, as the high volume of requests and orders during the festival makes it impossible to change or edit orders once they are placed.
• All purchases made during the festival are Final Sale.

• The number of 90% discount offers is limited—once sold out, the deal ends, and prices revert to normal until the next wave.

21 Sales Waves in 7 Days:

We’ve planned exciting products and discounts for every day of the festival. While all our products will have attractive discounts, our goal is to create maximum engagement with our users. That’s why we’ve prepared new and unique products for each discount wave, with a special surprise every day.

Each day, 3 waves will be held at 10 AM, 4 PM, and 10 PM (Los Angeles time). Products from the previous wave will be replaced with new items in the next wave.

• We are committed to preventing underage sales. Throughout the year, we identify and cancel orders from underage buyers, issuing immediate refunds. However, during the festival, refunds may be delayed slightly. Please avoid attempting purchases if you are underage, as we do not serve minors and constantly update our age verification methods.
• How Age Verification Works: Age verification is done automatically using available databases, matching your provided details during payment. In 90% of cases, this process completes without your input. If additional information is needed, you will receive an email. Age verification is a one-time process; however, until it’s completed, your order will not be reserved, and products may sell out. If your invoice items are unavailable due to delays in age verification, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Ways to View Your Order Status:

• In the confirmation email you receive after placing an order, there is a "Track Order" button that you can use at any time to monitor that specific order.
• By logging into your account, you can track the status of your orders in the "Orders" section, where each order has a corresponding tracking link.

• Based on past experiences, simultaneous high-traffic orders may lead to inventory issues. Orders are processed in the order received. If your order is canceled due to lack of stock, we’ll credit the cashback from that order to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
• To act quickly during special deals, we recommend setting up your account, including shipping and billing details, in advance.
• Some of our discounts are exclusively available to those who have our app installed. To make sure you don’t miss out on these special offers, we recommend installing our app—it takes less than 5 seconds!
