Electronic Cigarettes Shipping Policy

Due to the PACT Act that was enacted on December 27, 2020, we're limited to states we're able to ship to. Adult signature upon delivery will be required for all orders and is included in shipping charges at checkout. Someone 21+ must be present to sign for the package.

It is not possible to ship vape products through top US shipping companies and they have stopped shipping vape. As a result, we will use private regional carriers (third parties) to ship orders.

We will not ship to the following areas and other restrictions can be seen in other sections.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

  • Our packages are delivered through regional and third-party carriers, with shipping options varying by geographic region.

Processing Times & Tracking Information

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. However, in 80% of cases, if your order is placed from Monday to Friday before 13:00, it will be sent to the shipping company on the same day. If placed outside of these hours or on weekends, your order will be shipped the next business day.

    For example, if you place your order on Friday after 1:00 PM, it will be processed and delivered to the postal carrier on Monday.
  • Tracking emails are automatically sent once packages are shipped and may end up in the spam folder.
  • Please track packages via email and not the Shop App.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in lost packages or delayed shipments.
  • Note: The shipping carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package back to us if there is no recipient available to sign.
  • Note: Orders placed on American holidays will be processed on the next business day in the order we received them.
  • Note: During special occasions and sales festivals, it may take up to 5 days to process your order.

Delivery drivers may often not have access codes to gated communities or apartments. Please provide us any access codes.

Shipping transit times are estimates and does not include processing times, weekends, or holidays. Shipments are fulfilled by a 3rd party carrier and external factors such as weather, labor shortages, or carrier logistics may extend shipping times.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If you are experiencing delays, please allow up to 2 business days after the estimated delivery date to contact us.
  • If you did not receive your package after it was marked as delivered, please check with any neighbors, leasing office, or household members before contacting us.
  • Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
  • Vapezilla will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.
  • Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vapezilla is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions by the user.

If You've Missed All Three Delivery Attempts

  • If the carrier has made their third and final delivery attempt and the package is being sent back to us, we can either reship your order or issue a full refund for your order.
  • Reshipping packages and additional shipping fees are at the discretion of Vapezilla.
  • Please contact us if you would like to have your package reshipped.
  • Packages may sometimes need to return back to us before it can be reshipped.
